Our platform is designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, please review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian.

We do not permit use of our Services by individuals under 13 except with parental consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that age group.

Please do not use our Services to report criminal activity — our platform is not equipped to handle such disclosures. In an emergency, contact local authorities or crisis support services immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we find you are ineligible or have provided false information.

Access may be facilitated through an institution such as a school, university, healthcare provider, or workplace ("Institution"). These Institutions may provide a customised version of our Services and may set their own eligibility requirements.

By using the Institution Version, you agree to comply with the rules and policies established by that Institution.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted remain our exclusive property.

By using our mental health support services, you acknowledge that:

"User Content" includes messages, profile details, images, voice, location, consultation history, feedback, and any other materials you upload. You are responsible for ensuring content is not unlawful, offensive, or infringing third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms. We may use anonymised User Content for internal research and development.

All platform content — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Nirvana AI Sutra or its licensors, and is protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use and may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform Content without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for abusive behaviour, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and account data may be deleted, subject to applicable policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of information, or any particular outcomes from using the platform. This is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and Europe. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, arbitration will be conducted as per applicable laws, with the venue in Bengaluru, India, or Brussels, Belgium, as agreed.
